Recently had our first visit with Dr Rich. From the front staff to the back staff, everyone was exceptional and kind! Dr Rich was very attentive to our needs and concerns. Highly recommend his office!
Dr. Rich is such a great pediatrician and overall just a good person period. He's very thorough and listens to any concerns we have with an open ear without judgment. As a first time mom, it's so overwhelming to try and pick a doctor for your newborn but I couldn't be more satisfied we went with him. He came highly recommended and we see why. The rest of the staff in the office are also very kind and I can see they all care for not just my son but myself as his mom.
Dr Rich is always amazing. He truly listens to and hears what I have concerns with during my child’s appointment.
Dr. Rich is one of kind!!! My son loves going to his office because he is so compassionate and understanding and always makes him feel included in his treatment and explains everything so well. He takes his time and shows he really cares for his patients. Very knowledgeable and an excellent physician.
