I finally found what I have been looking for in a pediatric Dr for my boys. Dr. Rich is so kind and compassionate and patient. He was very thorough and explained in detail everything during my boys well visits. I am super happy I found him and his office. I feel like I have never left a visit feeling like a Dr cared so sincerely and he made me feel like my kids health and wellness are in the best hands. All the staff are extremely nice as well.
As always, Dr. Rich takes his time with patients and their caregivers. He ensures you know the pros and cons to decisions regarding their care needs. The practice gets you in for sick visits when needed as well as an after care clinic and we know we are in good hands. Dr Rich makes my kids feel at ease in his presence and I never feel ignored when I have an issue that needs to be addressed or readdressed. Highly recommend him. He genuinely cares for the health and wellbeing of the families he treats.
Dr. Rich is an excellent pediatrician who is clearly led by evidence based practice and genuine caring for his patients and their parents. He is very easy to talk to about all questions new parents have, is an active listener, builds great rapport, and patiently answers all questions. We are so happy to have him as our pediatrician!
Finding Dr Rich was godsent. He takes time to explain everything with great detail and so thorough. I will recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a pediatrician
