Unbelievable experience as an owner of rental property. Jason (represented himself as an attorney but won't say where he is licensed in the US) signed an agreement with my co-owner. When I brought to his attention that I was the other owner last year he made no attempt to ratify the agreement to include me in it but continued to operate under the voidable agreement.
