I had a disappointing experience at Tristate Orthopedic Center. This doctor spent less than five minutes discussing my severe lumbar spinal stenosis, leaving me confused. Instead of reviewing my existing (week) old MRI from Jasper Memorial, he ordered new X-rays, which felt like an unnecessary charge to my insurance. Tristate, once a reputable orthopedic center, now seems focused on billing rather than patient care. I’d advise others to seek treatment elsewhere.
