Very nice and efficient team. Had a couple of endoscopies over several months to take care of a problem. Solved! Dr. Collins is a good communicator with a Google bedside manner. Thanks to the whole team.
I used to like and appreciate Dr. Collins. Since he bought the practice, he couldn't be bother to actually treat patients. He has since become irreverent and discounting toward patients. He will not listen to patient symptoms and properly test to get even a preliminary diagnosis. Staff and doctors keep quitting shortly after hire. The buck stops at the top. Which is Dr. Collins. Take the wait and go to Reno. Schedulers are MIA, nurse shortage, unhappy staff.
Dr Collins combines excellent surgical skills with an outstanding bedside manner! The staff is very kind and helpful and efficient! But do not count on his promises made. Business practices seem influenced by unnamed outside forces and not just the doctor's promises made.
