I do not recommend this office at all. I was informed all the charges and asked to pay all the money at the first two visit to cover all the treatment. Almost every visit that I asked the front desk that I've paid all to confirm and the answer was yes. Then after the last visit, I got a bill to pay additional amount. I don't think they are honest.
Dr. Cataldo is an extremely gifted, professional, and kind periodontal and dental-implant specialist. In my case in respect to dental implants he identified the need for preliminary augmentation of bone substructure; he carefully and with great success accomplished that preliminary work; and he then moved with a high degree of precision to the implant-phase. Awkward, overheard him speak about how much alimony he has to pay to his ex wife with a patient while waiting to see how much my gum graft will cost (5k patient costs). Getting a 2nd opinion.
I'd rather have all my teeth fall out than go back to Dr. Cataldo. Zero stars weren't an option.
Dr Cataldo is great at what he does. I have battled dental problems for years and he knew exactly what to do and it has turned out so good. It makes me happy to feel good about my teeth again.
In general, dentists, doctors, and the thought of surgery make me more nervous than jumping from a perfectly working plane. However, I had both LANAP and dental implant procedures performed by Dr. Cataldo. He explained the procedures and let me know what to expect. Both were no sweat. He saved my smile and gave me something to smile about. While I hope to not require periodontal services any time soon, I would go back to Dr. Cataldo in a heartbeat.
I first started going to Dr. Cataldo over 5 years ago because I had developed gum disease. I admit that I do not take pleasure in visiting any kind of dentist. However, Dr. Cataldo and his staff have done everything possible to put me at ease. They greet me by name each time I visit. They explain the procedures and provide me with my options. They even let me select the music that I want to hear during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Cataldo and his staff.
