They are very kind and friendly here. They care about your well-being and not making money off of you. I say this coming from a dentist who told me I had 8 cavities and showed me a bill for over $2000 out of pocket. I went to this office 3 years ago and they told me I actually only had two cavities, filled them and went on my way.
I have major dental anxiety, I have struggled to find a good dentist for years. I really like Mr Croft, he’s patient, isn’t just trying to rush you in and out. Great dentist, all the assistants are nice as well. Highly recommend!
First off everyone at this office is incredible, but I have to give 5 stars to Stacy (she’s front office) she has went above and beyond to help me with one of my insurances. I greatly appreciate her doing all she can to help me and not giving up on these crazy issues with my insurance I’ve been having! Thanks, Michele Ulrich
The most gentle dentist ever! If you are scared to go see the dentist, this is definitely the place for you. All the staff is amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Dr Croft and his staff fit my mother in for an appointment during their lunch hour just to have her seen in a timely manner. They gave her lots of reassurance and helped her to remain calm and eased her anxieties! Dr Croft is conservative in his approach and our family has benefitted from his care for years now!
