He's an amazing doctor! He spends the better part of an hour in the room talking to me and explaining things and answering my questions. He's a nephrologist so of course I mainly see him for my Stage 4 Chronic Kidney disease Severe, but he asks about my mental health and my other health concerns and offers advice on all of that as well. I hate to see him leave the Eau Claire WI area, but he's going to be working at a clinic in the twin cities in Minnesota. I am a pharmacist who had the misfortune of trying to ask him for a patient's eGFR for documentation when said patient was prescribed gabapentin (a drug that requires adjustment for renal impairment) by another provider. He threw a fit and threatened to file a complaint against me (for doing my job). If he can be so furious about a healthcare professional's question on a patient's kidney function, just imagine how much attention he is willing to give to any patient.
Dr. Bydash is a very caring and thorough Dr.. I never feel like I'm being rushed to get out the door. He spends time explaining things and makes sure your questions are answered before you leave. He cares about you as a person as well as his patient. I definately recommend him to everyone that has a need for his services. He is my favorite Dr.
Dr. Bydash saved my wife's life in the emergency room. Unconscious and vented they couldn't figure out the problem, I swear he came in and all it took was 1 to 2 minutes to figure it out. She needed emergency dialysis, 4 times. He stayed with us and checked in everyday for the 2 weeks she was in the hospital. A remarkable doctor.
