First call to schedule a routine appointment. 24 hours later an emergency call. Out house was hit by lighting and in 100 degrees with no air the house got hot fast. Called again, and the next day they had me up and running. Really impressive customer service.
We had our blower go out over the weekend, Jason is the ONLY company that we called that answered the phone (no call center) I told him what was going on. He knew how to fix it, and how to make sure it didn't happen again!!! He fixed past AC company mistakes as well. Very knowledgeable, hard working company! Definitely would recommend
