I had a wiring issue with my unit, I contacted, Jason and he was on another job, we had 10 phone calls between each other as he helped me troubleshoot my wiring issues, from the zone controller, to the stat to the air handler all the way to the condenser and BOOM shes going! I had no air for a week I called 4 companies out to my house and none of them fixed it! AND THEY ARE LOOKING AT IT!! Jason managed to fix mine with just giving me the instructions and a few photos! Jason came to my house immediately to diagnose a problem with my unit, mind you, I'm not an existing customer of his. He looked at it, spent a ton of time talking about it and educating me, was very professional, and gave me my options from which to choose to move forward.
