I brought my child to Dr. Brooks for a routine well visit. During the appointment, I mentioned that my son was experiencing frequent nosebleeds, and Dr. Brooks suggested a topical treatment. However, what followed was an extremely distressing and unprofessional experience.Without clearly explaining the procedure or obtaining proper consent, Dr. Brooks returned with an assistant and began forcefully holding down my child to cauterize the inside of his nose without anesthesia. AVOID this office!! Very rude, mean, unprofessional staff and this doctor has ZERO clue what he is doing ! If you want quality care DO NOT go here! The other reviews you are reading of horrible , RUDE care is on point !
This office is very difficult to communicate with. You can't get past the front desk staff to make any sort of complaint. Heaven forbid you have an emergency because they book so far out for appointments. They don't return messages and provider turnover rate seems to be high.
Dr Brooks takes the time to listen. You are not rushed in and out. You have his attention.
