We had a great experience working with Jason. He was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into what buyers would be looking for. He also guided us seamlessly through the closing process and was there to help us navigate unexpected issues along the way, including a pipe blockage that came up. We truly appreciated his expertise and support throughout the entire process!
Jason is the best. Not only did he price and negotiate my condo perfectly, but he is also incredibly knowledgeable about home improvements. He made sure my place was ready to compete with other listings like mine. And most importantly to me, being an out-of-town-landlord, Jason was there when I couldn't be. He let in repairmen, bought blinds, packed up my pictures, and did everything above and beyond just selling the home. I would have been lost with Jason. I could not recommend a realtor higher.
Jason is the best! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is knowledgable and extremely personable. Which I greatly appreciate! In fact, Jason also handles my personal and extended family deals. That is how much I trust him. I would not hesitate to hire Jason if you are looking for a trustworthy realtor!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Bergmann from Compass Realty, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jason helped me sell my home, and from start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Jason's communication was top-notch --he kept me informed at every step and was always available to answer my questions. He offered great advice on preparing my house for market and coordinated everything seamlessly, from staging and photography to open ... read more
The more time I spend in my new home the more I realize how truly lucky I was to have Jason throughout the entire home buying process. He was persistent, professional, and always responsive. His extensive knowledge and keen eye helped me spot so many issues I would have otherwise missed while viewing houses. A few times throughout the process I wanted to just give up and buy any home, but he wouldn't allow me to settle. He wanted me to find the perfect home for my family. My son and I truly could not be happier in our new ho... read more
