April of 2023 the transmission went out on our 2016 Silverado 2500 HD. We found Jason on line. We were new here so no clue! Great reviews so we thought ok. $5500. Later and we took our truck back to Ohio. August 2024 the transmission went out again. Took it to a reputable mechanic in our town and was told that the transmission had NOT been replaced as Jason said. That only a few parts had been replaced. Another $ 4400. to get it fixed again. Went to this shop for a transmission rebuild was called a hour after transmission was dropped off and told that the rings in the transmission had went out. Spoke with him for a little minute explaining I have 22” wheels on truck and asked about a corvette servo being installed, guy told me no problem he could install the servo while rebuilding the transmission got a call the next day around 2 stating transmission was ready for pick up.
