Great office staff and great care provided by Dr. Franks and other clinic staff. Not sure what happened to other patient who gave a poor review in 2015 other than things just got mixed up during the incidents listed. I have never gotten anything but excellent care from any of the doctors and their staff at this clinic and would highly recommend Dr. Franks for healthcare.
Very poor office staff. Not reliable when ask to do referrals, they always got it wrong. It took them 4 months to get my referral straightened out for my eye doctor visits. Every time I called them they put the wrong date on the referral.
