Highly attentive, excellent communicator very generous with his time in helping us to understand exactly what had taken place and how to prepare for the future
I had surgery about seven years ago. About three months after my pilonidal surgery, my original resurfaced. As well as a second that I didn't have before. I went back to him and he said they healed fine and not to worry. I told him they were leaking. He said no way, they were fully healed. So, here I am today. Worse than before.
Hmmm A doctor that doesn't listen or pay attention. Not someone I want probing my colon. What a waste of time!
Dr. Petrofski is outstanding! In December 2023 after a physical exam, he was able to have me scheduled for a colonoscopy 2 days later, which resulted in an anal cancer diagnosis. Not only was he able to provide a quick diagnosis, he was able to recommend and get an immediate appointment with a Northside hospital oncologist team member. On top of his professionalism, he has great patient rapport and is very sensitive to the emotions that you are going through while under his care. HIGHLY recommend!!!
