This was the absolute worst process I have been through. Every week they needed updated information because Janet didn't get to process the information from the previous week so it expired. Then today on closing day Jason didn't arrive in the office until 930 AM our closing was set for 9 AM and he didn't process our paper work to allow closing at 9 AM.
