My mom and I did not have a good experience with Dr. Zell. He never seemed to care much about her health - he was always rushing our appointments. He would always get irritated if I asked him to explain anything and his explanations were typically unclear. He would also get very annoyed if I needed anything explained more than once. We ended up switching to a different doctor - the treatment is much less intense now and she's making great progress.
