Despite imaging confirming multiple areas of sinus disease, Dr. Moche refused to prescribe any meaningful treatment—offering only Motrin for a condition requiring surgical intervention. He dismissed prior symptom relief from steroids, misgendered me in his documentation, and referred me for an inappropriate procedure. He also ignored active symptoms I reported—including nausea, fatigue, and a confirmed fever from a same-day provider visit. The consult was brief, unprofessional, and medically negligent.
