Been living at the Jasmine Villa apartments over 3 years and I gotta say this is great place to live. Shout out to Rosio for being a great Manager.
I lived here 14 years. great neighborhood. Management is very helpful. I didn't want to leave the place.
I have lived here for a year and love it. The manager, Rocio, always has a friendly smile and works hard to make this a nice place to live.
Living here has been a disappointing experience overall. The apartments receive no meaningful updates, yet rent increases by over $100 each year. The only visible changes are superficial tree trimming and a fresh coat of paint on the parking lot asphalt. Maintenance is unresponsive; I’ve been waiting months for a repair request with no resolution. One of the biggest issues is the property manager. Been living here for less than a year so far from my experience. Bad management, manager picks on tenants. I’ve heard stories from multiple tenants on how she dislikes them for no apparent reason. everything is falling apart in my unit. They never replace anything that breaks. Just semi repair it. Kitchen cabinetry is old you can clearly see the multiple coats of paint from when they “recondition” the units. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can leave this place.
