They raised the rent 7 years in a row. Anywhere between fifty and a hundred dollars every time. I was in a small studio too. The maintenance crew is sloppy. When they do repairs they leave a mess behind and management expects the tenant to clean up after them. They add flowers and a yoga room that no one uses as an excuse to constantly raise the rent.
