My wife and I had our annual check up with her, unfortunately, similar to others we faced a cold smirking doctor who did not care to answer my wife’s questions, and kept shutting her down at every instance she tried to get a clarification. The constant smirk and shutting us down and usage of “that is even not up for discussion” just got to us eventually. Amazing doctor. She is now my primary.
I have never written a negative review about a doctor before, but I had such a negative experience with Dr. Jasmine Kim that I wanted to save others from having a similar experience. I went to see Dr. Kim for my annual check-up with a few health concerns that were well within the range of issues a PCP should be able to address. While I discussed the issues, she sat smirking, and her only response was “let’s move on,” since apparently I was taking too long (the entire appointment lasted ten minutes). Ms Kim is by far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever had an appt with, she doesn’t smile, she is very monotone, does not ask how you are and she lets you know if she does not agree with other doctors in the same building. She badged out in the middle of my appointment because I told her she was super cold and unfriendly. She raised her voice and kinda laughed and told me she was so glad to hear that from me???
