I was referred to Dr. Huang for a paraesophageal hernia. From the scheduling of an initial consultation to the follow-up with various insurance hurdles, the experience with her staff was excellent. In the initial consultation Dr. Huang carefully explained the procedure including drawings. She performed the successful surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital and followed up on a daily basis with me in an informative and compassionate manner. I was indeed lucky to have Dr. Huang as my surgeon.
I cannot get a return phone call, I have left messages. I am a long term patient of the doctor but there is no dignity in dignity health. I don't know what else to do. Guess its time to switch doctors, apparently her staff is not providing any acceptable level of service. I'm just trying to make an appointment, for goodness sake.
I found Dr. Huang about 3 weeks before my much needed surgery for esophageal cancer. She was wonderful and very responsible as well as her entire staff. She was calming and checked on me everyday. She did a wonderful job saving my life. I have much respect for her and gratitude for saving my life. I recommend her and St. Joe's Hospitals!!!!
Dr Huang and her staff could not have been more accommodating. Unfortunately, I have seen too many Drs lately with very mixed results as far as making appts, dealing with the staff and the competency of the Dr. Dr Huang and her office excelled in all areas. The Dr herself was a caring individual who performed a delicate dilation made so by bone spurs pressing against the esophagus flawlessly. Highly recommend.
