Dr. Jasmine Francis is an excellent doctor, very, very knowledgeable. When I first started having eye issue, I saw several doctors in the NY area, no one were able to help me! Dr. Francis was the ONLY doctor that knew how to treat my eye issue; I’ve been seeing her for 2 years, she saved my eye! As far as I’m concerned, she deserves more than 5 stars!
