Dr Francis is a very caring doctor. I think she is great. The whole office is fantastic from the minute they take me in to the minute I walk out the door.. They listen and any every question. I would love to leave New York but I will not go because of Dr Francis and the whole team.
Dr Francis is part of a rarified group of health care providers, who are simultaneously compassionate and caring, while being experts in their field. She led with "So I have good news...", nonetheless, she did not truncate or oversimplify her explanation of my condition; this turned out to be very educational. She took the time to answer all my questions in detail, and put my mind at ease about my condition, after a rather harrowing two months of anxiety. The level of care & the advanced imaging at MSK is outstanding. The doctors, PA’s,nurses, techs, receptionists & the rest of the staff are excellent in their field. Grateful to live in a place & have access to this type of medicine.
