I recently visited Dr. Jasmine Dukandar’s office and had a very disappointing experience. Prior to my visit, the office called my phone excessively, which was very stressful. During my appointment, Nurse Assistant Sabrina was fast, spoke with a condescending tone, and was unprofessional. Dr. Dukandar also didn’t review any of my previous medical records, which was the purpose of my appointment. She incorrectly stated that celiac disease is curable, which it is not. My first visit with Dr. Dukantar I was under the impression that she was kind. I discussed my two main problems in great detail and she reassured me that this is her area of expertise. She then set me up for scopes. It is important to mention that every office personnel, from the front, to scheduling and to check out were rude and acted as you were interfering with their social time. Initially my interactions with this doctor was very good. Now I have a very bad emergency which is very very important that I have a bloated abdomen the size of a watermelon for a few months now and they won't squeeze me in to see me they have too many patients and they're booked up that's insane.
