I arrived about eight minutes early for my first appointment, signed in, and sat down as instructed. The front desk staff member appeared disorganized and flustered. After waiting about 15 minutes, she finally called me up to ask for my insurance card and ID. They are great there. Went to sleep 1 min and woke up feeling great the next. Don’t even know they did the procedure already.
They do not answer the phones. Sent an email about the issue and received an attitude.
I recently visited Dr. Jasmine Dukandar’s office and had a very disappointing experience. Prior to my visit, the office called my phone excessively, which was very stressful. During my appointment, Nurse Assistant Sabrina was fast, spoke with a condescending tone, and was unprofessional. Dr. Dukandar also didn’t review any of my previous medical records, which was the purpose of my appointment. She incorrectly stated that celiac disease is curable, which it is not.
