Very disappointed when this spa had such good reviews, an all round bad experience and would not recommend.
Wasn't very happy with our experience as I got the gift for my partners birthday present, although the massage and facial i liked but when we booked on the phone, the woman asked if we would like the hot tub experience we said yes please for a smacking price of £20 extra we get there Wasn't welcomed great and didn't get our hot tub experience after coming all the way from kent.. we was both relaxed from massage but then left fully angry although we didn't even have a massage
Went today for the private hot tube experience and a double back massage and facial and we were blown away by the experience. From beginning to end, great facilities, friendly staff, treatments were great and the price was very very reasonable! Will def be returning. Thanks so much.
Great for a massage and facial if you want a pamper day, but sorry to say, I would not recommend getting a manicure here. Uneven, had hairs stuck to the gel, very blotchy and it was all over the skin around the nails. Had to remove as soon as I got home which was a shame, but for massages and facials they’re great!
