I was overcharged AFTER they took my car. So even though I disagreed with their extra charge because my car is not a truck or van- she said it was too late. She also could gave cared less, and did not even try to make it right. I own a business and would never treat a customer this way. Their sign postings are unclear and almost sneaky. I will not return or recommend.
