I have my hair fried off COMPLETELY twice. 1st time in 2022 and i tried again in 2024 with a different lady and same situation. Terrible decision coming back to them. They don't give you advice or anything they assure you that your hair is going to be 100% healthy (especially if you have no knowledge about hair) and soon your hair will be falling out while theyre rinsing you out. I had the most beautiful longest hair and they ruined it twice.
