RecommendedI usually love coming in to jasmin but today was a game changer for my family. We went in for our daughters birthday (she loves the food). The food was so great but our server was awful. ( Kayleigh) my daughter asked politely for her birthday ice cream twice and she ignored her. Then she ignored us about 4 times when we waved her down for drink refills. My daughter left in tears after our visit today. we payed our bill and left very unsatisfied in customer service.
My husband and I came in on Sunday for a late lunch and it got pretty busy. Not only was the food still delicious but the lone server was working so hard-her service was great and quick. Excellent job to her! Poke bowl and tropical fried rice are our favorites.
Let me start off with saying I love Jasmine Thai and they are pretty authentic, but they NEVER get the spice level right. Ever. When my husband and I order I usually go with milder spice than he does and usually it ends up being one of us gets all the spice while the other does not. Just today I ordered a one star and my husband got a three star. I got the three star while he had nothing and we always order different dishes!! Definitely going to start writing in the directions to be more mindful with this.
Great Take Away Thai food! The online ordering system is exceptional and the service is great!
