Place is really good and nice and clean. All of my friends and family members enjoy the place and liked it very much, it has huge kitchen, nice and clean facilities and bathroom. It has a great room to walk and move. So far we enjoyed a lot♥️ The owner of this place Fathima, she is so gentle, kind and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place for everyone.

I have an great experience rental This venue. The owner communicated very well. The only issue I had was a lot of ANTS at the time of the party but I think it was due to the start of spring and the chairs and tables had a garage smell so I had to get candles and plug ins 1 hour before my sons birthday party overall it was a great experience. I will rent here again for a small gathering nothing to big

This venue met my expectations—and the price was very fair, too. I am so happy to have been able to celebrate my little princess's first birthday here. I would like to thank Ms. Fáthima for her kindness and for everything she did, as well as her very polite staff member. I also want to add that it is a beautiful, spacious, and very clean place—a truly comfortable setting for spending time with family and sharing a special moment together.

Fathima at Jashn NYC was amazing to work with for my Halloween party. She responded to every message quickly and was clear about what the venue could provide, which made coordinating decorations, timing and equipment very easy. She walked me through the setup options, answered every question with patience, and even helped adjust a few details on the day of the event. I had the pleasure of hosting my event this past weekend at JASHN, and I must say..I could not have hosted my event at a better space. I had about 50 guests for my Graduation party, and Fathima was very involved and available throughout the planning process. Her rates are reasonable and the space is at an accessible location. She was always willing to proffer solutions to my questions. She also has the option for an assistant to help with putting up the tables, cleaning up after, and answering questions during the event.
