I pop into this shop regularly and usually don’t get acknowledged by any staff- usually always talking to each other. Store has nice stuff but service is poor.
Suzanne served me on Labour Day long weekend (Sunday) and she was fairly close to locking up but still let me in. I was determined to buy a vase for my coffee table and she also helped with the flower arrangements, absolutely love it, will be back for more
Terrible customer service. You'd think on a Saturday with 3 team members on I'd get some help. But they're all having a gab behind the counter.
