Dishonest sales. misleading info and description. Don't stand behind their product No way to reach manufacturer. I have always been a Huge supporter of Jasens and Best Chair Company. Sent many friends that bought furniture. New couch sold as all leather except for sides and back is wearing finish off of arms and between cushions to a burlap like material. RecommendedMy husband and I have spent the past 3 weeks searching for bedroom furniture that would fit our space. The last place we decided to go to was Jasens and I’m SO HAPPY we couldn’t find anything anywhere else. We ended up custom ordering nightstands and a dresser (something we didn’t think we could do within our price range) Great customer service as well! We can’t wait to get our furniture!
Steve is wonderful. He let us take our time and answered my many questions patiently. He called us right away to let us know when the furniture we wanted to look at was in.
I visited this store last week with the intent to purchase furniture. I was never greeted when I walked in the store, spent 30 minutes looking around the store and was never acknowledged by one associate in the store. I was there around 2 PM, the store was not busy, but not one person spoke to me or even acknowledge my presence. As brand new customer's spending over $5000.00 on 2 chair's, bed & mattress & foundation, we have to give them a bad report. One of our $600.00 chair's arm came damaged. We were told they would either get a new flex steel chair to replace it or they would have it repaired. It's been 2 MONTH's and not a word from them!! After MANY, Many emails & phone call's.
I'm a family member that works here, of course I'm going to give us a 5, but really all my furniture in my own home is from here and it is a joy to come home to it. I even have pieces I still use from my childhood and I'm almost 40!
Laura M. I Purchased a Flexsteel Clive power recliner from Jasen's Furniture. My initial experience with Jasen's has absolutely been terrific! Never shopped there before, but I will return! Eric was my salesperson, excellent, very helpful, not pushy at all! Office gals were great and helped me get delivered, etc. Delivery fellas again, very polite and professional!
