Eric was my salesperson, excellent, very helpful, not pushy at all! Office gals were great and helped me get delivered, etc. Delivery fellas again, very polite and professional! Two year's ago we bought 2 sofa's for our basement, they are awesome! Today we had a sofa and loveseat delivered. We absolutely love them! I will only buy from you guy's!

My wife and I have been buying furniture from Jasen's since the 70's. I would venture to say that 75% , if not more, of our furniture is from Jasen's. That includes bedrooms, living room, family room, and dining room. The earlier purchases have since been replaced, of course, with newer items from their store. We just purchased a corner entertainment cabinet with a few modifications from the display model and received it in 2-1/2 weeks and we love it. The service is excellent.
I was very pleased with my one sectional however the sofa sleeper was horrible. It took the customer service department approximately 4 weeks to get back to me and the when they did - they said there is nothing they can do for me. I will never buy furniture from here again nor will I recommend anyone I know buy furniture from here... Simply because their customer service department is horrible!!
I have been buying furniture from here for years. Our outdoor furniture is 14 years old and still looks good. Never been disappointed in any purchase. Thank you for quality products.
