Honestly one of the worst insurance companies I’ve ever had to deal with. They took over 2 months basically three for a EASY total loss claim!!! Sent me through loops!!! Even my bankers were telling me they were rude and never dealt with insurance as default as them!!! They had agents telling my bankers miss leading information and caused an extreme amount of stress for something that should have only took a couple weeks to a month to figure out!!!!!
