We had our carpets and two area rugs cleaned by Jase & Sons Carpet Service. I called on a Friday and spoke with Craig, who was very responsive and set us up for the following Monday. He even gave us a courtesy call an hour before our appointment. Paul and Jeffery arrived right on time. They were friendly and paid close attention as we walked through the house. Where do I begin? The team was a true delight to work with. They made my carpets look brand new, even after years of wear and tear that made it seem like a muddy child had run across them! They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their professionalism shone through as they took the time to explain everything to me and ensure I was happy with the results. Before my carpet was cleaned, I honestly thought it was beyond saving. Previous cleaners had really messed it up. However, after it was cleaned yesterday by Justin, I must say I am truly impressed.
