Ordered from both The Wellness Company and Jase on the same day. The Wellness Company products arrived at my house, 5 days later I still had not received even a shipping notification from Jase. I reached out to Jase, told them I needed to hear from them by a certain time or I would dispute the charge, that timeline passed without a response from Jase so I disputed the charge, only after disputing the charge did I hear from Jase.
