I had Jasco eve lights installed on my home a few months ago and unfortunately had some issues with it not working properly. My home is 2 stories with a very steep roof line so trouble shooting is no easy task. I had contacted the original installer and unfortunately he could not figure out how to fix it. Great product for indoor and outdoor lighting. Excellent customer support from Cooper by phone. Didn’t realize one item was still under warranty and since my local home improvement store is no longer selling it, Cooper is mailing a replacement. A 5-year warranty is amazing! Both the dual plug and the outdoor switch work using WiFi. Highly recommend!
While the Philips antenna box lists the address as 10 E Memorial Rd in Oklahoma City, situation normal, that address does NOT pop up in Google Maps. However, this is a product review. I purchased 2 Philips Hover HD Amplified antennas as I refuse to pay Cable fees for TV. I installed the first one and even without scanning for stations it functioned MUCH BETTER than the antenna (interestingly also a Philips product) I replaced. The items were purchased in Target.
Great product support and knowledge of their products. My description of an issue with the cafe lights, resulted with the warranty replacement of the product. No hassle, no frustrations. Understanding and courtesy of customers concerns.
