One of the rudest, unprofessional, disrespectful groups of people I’ve ever attempted to do business with in 30+ years. These guys need to invest money in training for customer service and leadership for such to be allowed. I’d suggest spending your money elsewhere. Truly asinine business model and culture for such to occur.
At a loss for words. Whoever answers the phones here needs a hug and promotion to customer. Would leave a 0 out of 5.
