We pulled in as an emergency and the owner and staff bent over backwards and were able to fix our issue and get us going again the same day. We cannot thank them enough for the quick response and great service. Thoroughly recommend them.
Like many of the 5 star reviews on here, i also rang up Jasco for some help in a bad situation, and being 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon I didn’t expect much, but Jason said to come in and he would see if he could help. We had a damaged alloy boat trailer from a mishap at the ramp, and being boilermakers we knew what needed to be done but without any equipment what could we possibly do. It was early December last year. I had driven to Bowen and realised my left back lights weren't working. I'd arrived just on dark. Not knowing anyone here, I chose the name I liked best and rang him. As busy as Jason was, he tried his best to help me. He told me what I needed to do,where to go and (something he didn't realise) how to connect it all up myself. For this i am grateful 🙏🏾
