Like many of the 5 star reviews on here, i also rang up Jasco for some help in a bad situation, and being 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon I didn’t expect much, but Jason said to come in and he would see if he could help. We had a damaged alloy boat trailer from a mishap at the ramp, and being boilermakers we knew what needed to be done but without any equipment what could we possibly do. It was early December last year. I had driven to Bowen and realised my left back lights weren't working. I'd arrived just on dark. Not knowing anyone here, I chose the name I liked best and rang him. As busy as Jason was, he tried his best to help me. He told me what I needed to do,where to go and (something he didn't realise) how to connect it all up myself. For this i am grateful 🙏🏾

Mate, gotta give a huge shout-out to the team here! Brought my car in twice now. First time was for a weird noise, and the mechanic sorted it out in five minutes—legends! The second time was for the aircon, and it's running mint now. Seriously happy with the service. The bloke is a proper professional, gives you heaps of confidence, and the communication is super friendly and easygoing.
