I had a good experience with this company. Professional and efficient.
I’ve waited 3 months for repairs. Took them weeks to order the part! The part hasn’t come yet. The repair they did complete on another appliance failed after a month. They are non-responsive. The crooks AHS warranty company won’t give me another choice for contractors. Awful. If I could give zero stars I would!
Made a request through American Home Shield. Waited six days for someone to come out (though to be fair it was Memorial Day Weekend). Came out and said the motor board was not working and would have to have a part ordered. Got a call the next day saying he wasn't familiar enough to work on it and they had to send it back to a new contractor. The type and brand of washing machine (Maytag, not some obscure brand) was specified when the call was made. Waste of time.
I am waiting for Jasco service to fix my washer. I made a service call 3-4 weeks ago. They still cannot fix it. There is no follow up call from them about parts order .I called many times to find out about it. I will not use their service in the future. very disappointed.
One year ago they were called to repair a washer at a rental house by American Home Shield. The wrong part was ordered, I had to pay for it. Then after 2 weeks of not getting a part back, I had to go get a new washer. I questions Jasco about with will the existing washer get fixed, and now the know nothing about it. They were unable to locate the paperwork, didn't have records from 12 months back. I had 6 calls into them, and they would never return my calls.
