Unhappy and disappointed. I do nails only on occasions, and when they peel off on day 3, it feels a total waste of money. I dont live in the vicinity and cannot make it there for a redo. This seems recurrent issue as I see other folks reviews.
I’m very disappointed with my recent nail experience. I’ve never encountered this issue before. I’ve been getting dip and acrylic nails for almost six years, and this is the first time the dip started breaking and peeling away from my nails. Very disappointed making first appointment online for 10 when they open then when I go in they lady already took someone at 10 when I had appointment for 10 and then told me do you have a appointment yes I do and told me I had to wait and waited 20 30 minutes they looked good and have good reviews but no communication or compensation of my time and everything first and you have to pay 20 bucks just to book the appointment is ridiculous when there is only One person in there when u have 5 customer in there don’t have time to ... read more
Kan is amazing. I've been going to her for years. I've seen a lot of nail techs in my life and she is by far the best. I get overlay over my natural nails and am really particular about keeping the integrity and health of my natural nails and she does just that. Plus she is so fast and never makes errors. 10 out of 10 recommended!
