We were very disappointed. We had contacted JAS months in advance of our arrival, as we knew we need specific repairs on a gen set and transmissions. We sent model number, serial numbers, photographs and a description of what we needed with the anticipation of getting going immediately when we arrived. Well we arrived, had to call so they could sent out a jr. technician, who was overwhelmed. After reporting back to the boss, she called to tell us they could not do the job. We had our engine survey done by DJ Montoya in Fort Lauderdale, he was outstanding and today Chad from West Palm was aboard doing the service on the engines. Both great guys doing great work, so far we're loving JAS Marine. Next, service the pods when we haul the boat in a couple of weeks.
