I have never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The pricing was extremely misleading (and has since been changed). After paying a deposit, I was then sent an additional payment request of $3–5K which was not in my budget and VERY different from the promotional pricing. "Wouldn't do it again." Now that I have had some time to reflect and cool down about my experience with this business, I feel as though I should deliberate on the not so great review I've left. I do appreciate the service that this company provided me and I would like for them to learn from their mistakes. I scheduled time with them and no one picked up the phone. They reached out stating they were sick but open to reschedule to call a couple days after. I was ok for reachedule but no one called, I was ghosted. They reached out again and gave me another excuse for the reason no one reached out. By that time I was over it and self noted my business was not worth their time. Sad too, cuz I liked their photography
