Jas + Jules is the absolute best. Jas was so accommodating to my schedule. For something that is so personal and has the potential of feeling uncomfortable, Jas made me feel so safe and welcome. Worked with Jas + Jules for years and will never work with another photographer in Washington. The vibes are always so much fun. The photos come out beautiful, and we always leave the session feeling like they heard our vision and helped create magic. Jas always makes sure we’re comfortable and nothing feels forced. I have never left a negative review before, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The pricing was extremely misleading (and has since been changed). After paying a deposit, I was then sent an additional payment request of $3–5K which was not in my budget and VERY different from the promotional pricing. After a lot of back and forth, she reluctantly agreed to refund me the deposit. That was over a month ago and no refund was ever made.
