Saw the food truck & stopped by. Service friendly. Stewed chicken very flavorful.
Absolutely delicious! I was at an event tonight and this was absolutely the hit. The stew and curry chicken was tender and well seasoned. The portion of food was very generous considering the price (I came back for seconds to go). The owner was personable, kind and hardworking. Definitely worth following this food truck around the DMV. Well done!
I ordered the Oxtails with rice & peas at the Old Bowie Festival last weekend. Sadly, the oxtails were not tender at all - the worst oxtails I ever had, and the plantains were undercooked. Very disappointing. and a horrible value for $30. I will give them kudos for the pink lemonade, which was delicious and perfectly half frozen, which made it super refreshing.
The worst experience ever! I went to the African American festival and was told they only had large oxtail so I bought that and a jerk chicken Pattie. After waiting 1 hour for my food they came out and said they gave my food away to someone else. They then gave me a jerk chicken Pattie that was tore up and I paid for it. I was tired of waiting for 1 hour that I ended up leaving the festival and throwing the Pattie away.
