Had went to a previous shop about a steering problem. I had asked them to inspect it and then give an alignment. If there was nothing wrong. They align my car but I still had problems with it. Went to Ja's and they diagnosed all the steering problems within a day. More problems than I hoped for lol. But they were very honest and helpful. And gave me unbiased advice on the next steps for repair. Very satisfied and will be back for other vehicular needs.
Took my truck in with what I thought was very bad engine problems. Waited weeks to get it in, they tore into it pretty good on the first day it was there from what I was told. So they told me I had a bad lifter and that they could get me a new engine for $10k. Well I can't afford that so I asked if they could just replace the lifters. Well they dont like doing that they said for all the work it is easier to put a new motor in. I convinced them to dig into lifters and such so they agreed. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL I made my appointment TWO weeks ago. I dropped my car off at 8:30am for an alignment. I called at 1:30 and was told it hadn't been brought in yet because another car was on the rack this morning. Five hours?? I said that I was coming to pick up my car. When I went into the office for my keys and asked why there wasn't better communication I was told to "get out, we don't want you here"
Have been taking my vehicles here for 3ish years now. Jason is always very friendly and communicative of what's going on and what can be done to fix issues. Took my truck up for an oil change, power was out for half the day in town, he and the crew still managed to get it done so it would be ready for appointments tomorrow. I have to say Jason at Ja’s in Mineral City is one of the best. He’s straightforward with everyone. You will see it for yourself after a simple 5 min conversation that he is genuinely an honest person out to help his customers. He helped me out even when he didn’t have too. Prices and cost of labor are reasonable. You’re seriously in good hands here.
