I bought a used Mitsubishi ASX from Jarvis Somerton Park trusting their reputation, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. From the first week the car had serious jerking issues, despite their advertised 93-point check. It took weeks just to get an appointment, and even then the problem wasn’t resolved. I was told repairs would only be covered up to $1,000, even though the fault existed from day one. Poor service, long delays, and no real accountability. I will never recommend Jarvis to anyone.
