Staff were friendly but the communication is awful. I have been repeatedly told works would take a set time or parts would be ordered but then radio silence. A one day job turned into 4 days because parts weren't ordered and no one kept me in the loop, I was chasing them for updates. This has been going on for months and I've left messages multiple time (even with the GM) and never get a call back.
