I am sharing my experience working with Keenan Jarvis of Jarvis Renovations so others can make an informed decision. I signed a contract on July 31, 2025 for $49,125 for a fully completed garage with an expected completion of late October 2025, but on February 23, 2026, I was presented with a revised quote of $54,981 after being told that required components for code compliance—specifically drywall and insulation—had not been included in the original scope. Mr.Sheldon Jarvis is the best in this business and He’s absolutely very professional and dedicated.
We got a new backsplash installed in our kitchen and Jarvis Renovations did an outstanding job! The tile installer was on time, listened to what I wanted, cleaned up after himself, cut the tile to fit perfectly for a custom look. Highly recommended!

Keenan and his team were professional and prompt. They were able to work through multiple changes in the project and coordinate with other vendors such as plumbers and basement system installers. Couldn’t recommend him and his team enough.
