I am very disappointed today. As a company that has been advertising sanitation and helping clean essential worker vehicles during this pandemic, my support for Jarvis grew until one of the employees came to an essential workplace without a mask today. When I asked to please consider a mask, I was met with a fierce scowl. If you are going to set an example for our community, please follow the example you are asking your staff and others to do if you really do care about us.
Highly displeased with Jarvis. We've been working on a kitchen restoration for nearly 8 months now. Our contact at the company continually drops the ball in terms of doing the things he says he will do. Twice, including what was supposed to be our first meeting, I took PTO to stay home to meet with him only to have him not show up. By his own admission, he hadn't remembered.
