We dealt with Jarvis back in February/March 2019 after our kitchen flooded. Initially when their person came out to look at what needed to be done, we were told they would rip up floors, take out cabinets, dry everything up and everything would be great. The first time they were scheduled to show up, they no showed. After being given some excuse when my husband called, he was told they would be out the next day.
