What a Joke! I ordered one small part from Jarvis', after nearly a week the wrong part came in. This happen two times over the next two weeks. I only needed one skimmer cover. After another week, I was told they couldn't get the part from the suppler. I moved on and got the part online myself. What a waste of time, don't bother with these people.
This company has been family owned and run for over 50 years! Ray Jarvis is the most knowledgable swimming pool installer in the area! As it is a seasonal business, the hours fluctuate based on demand, so I would recommend calling for current hours. For pool repairs or maintenance issues, the have the answers!
