Absolute nightmare to deal with. The pool took almost 1 year to install. Justin blamed covid, but the truth was he was busy completing other jobs in order to get the big payout in the contract. Communication was a nightmare with numerous unanswered calls or texts. When he did answer, he failed to show up at all leaving me to wonder when he would come. Justin went above and beyond to fix our pool that needed some tender love and care. Very professional, fast responses and all around easy and excellent to deal with. Would recommend him 100% to anyone who needs their pool fixed or having a new one installed. Excellent guy to deal with.
Fake Company. very hard to communicate with they not answering phone calls, text and email. even the address for the business is not correct. I don't recommend this company at all .
Jarvis pools did a great job with the installation of our pool. Very efficient and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Very flexible with your needs.
