I brought my vehicle to Pinole Goodyear for tire installation and unfortunately, during the service, the protective finish on my rims was chipped. I immediately brought this to the attention of the management, led by John Jarvis, and provided photos documenting the damage. I went in to get my tire fixed, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member had a serious lack of customer service, being rude and dismissive right from the start. It felt like he was upset because I insisted on just fixing the puncture instead of purchasing a new tire. I could sense his frustration, and the service was rushed and unprofessional.
