Buying my new car was made as easy as possible. The sales staff were knowledgeable, friendly with no high pressure sales tactics. Collection was on time and all paperwork handled professionally.
Was sold an Isuzu, came with electrical faults and dealership knew about the problem without stating when sold, have followed up and problem was looked at but still not resolved, spoken to the general manager of Isuzu Tanunda which was a complete waste of time, have said that they would ring me back on multiple occasions and have not- have been in contact with Isuzu Australia to try to resolve the issue with the dealership, electrical problems in the car are affecting safety aspects of the car eg. lane assist and drive assis... read more
