We were initially greeted by Wayne who was lovely and helpful and sent us off for a test drive, while he did the trade in value on our car which he said would take 15 minutes. When we got back we walked up to Alex who asked if we wanted to sit down and put some numbers in, his attitude towards us seemed different as soon as we said we couldn’t commit today and that he couldn’t give us an idea for trade in value unless we’d commit. 1 star for having cars available to purchase, 0 stars for staff service. After 2 hours of back and forth, we left with no set price for a new car, and no idea how much trade in we would get. Do yourself a favour and go to Rebel Ford.
