Overall everything is amazing here.The service provided by both Neil and Ash were amazing. Really made me and my family feel welcomed. We weren’t rushed into making a decision or pressured into anything we didn’t need. Got a great couple of guys there, should be proud.
I have purchased 3 cars from Jarvis Ford at Gepps Cross. I referred my cousin who bought a car too. I had no issues until my 3rd car, the clutch went in under a year and despite my history with the company they weren’t there for me. I’ll never be back. Service is great until they have to put their hand their pocket then they don’t want to know you.
Would have been 5 stars but vehicle was delivered with a faulty front passenger side door lock have to travel back there to have it fixed under Warranty not a good lock it spoilt a good experience
The staff here are amazing. Nothing but good things. Even after I had my new car for a week they still took my calls and where every helpful. highly recommended
